Hi Rochelle,
This is an issue we've been monitoring that just cropped up last week. Thus far, the most effective fix is to make sure your Chrome version is updated to the latest (Version 108). It does not completely remove the issue but it did substantially improve the results when we tested it at the support desk. You may need to re-run the reports after that to see good results.
It does seem to vary by computer as well, though we have not yet identified why this is.

Wondering if I'm missing a function to download higher-quality PDF reports? The last few have been so blurry that I've resorted to downloading individual tables but for the larger reports that's a bit onerous. I'd love the easy button if someone can steer me to it!
