Why are some BIA wildfires not shown on distance history(Historic fire history) for the specified years.

Hi Teresa,
Thanks for the question. We use the same data set that is gathered for WFDSS. Each agency gives us their rollup of fire history and we compile it into one database. We also add in any WFDSS final perimeters from the previous year. If there is fire history missing for the BIA you should contact Joe Kafka (GIS lead for BIA) and he can probably get it added to the next update of the dataset.
