Burn Index (BI) Overlay?

Looking for a potential overlay for Burn Index overlay, anyone know if one exists or if it's easy to obtain?

You may already know about this one, but outside of IFTDSS the BI  Percentile forecasts are available spatially on WildfireSafe

Hi Cody,

I'm not familiar enough with BI to speak to how it may differ from SDI, but we do have an SDI layer available in IFTDSS (Fire Suppression Difficulty Index 97th Percentile).


It can be found in Map Studio in the Layers Widget>Reference Layers>Fire Environment and Safety section.
